First Family Outing

    Today was our first family outing with the newest additions. We had a dire need to go to Costco. Not sure why, but domestic type things aren't my gig. So, we got ready in a record three hours and took off. Nice sunshiny day and fairly obedient children. The girls did well, mostly sleeping. They didn't even wake up to eat @ the normal time. The boys were pretty good with Forrest being his normal ornery self. But we hit Costco, Target, and McDonalds. Oh, and we almost hit a car too when I was changing lanes. I did check my mirrors but the car was in my blind spot. Thankfully my car was bigger than theirs so they just honked at me. But it sure was a warm and fuzzy feeling to have all my family together and go out and do something. That's something that you take for granted until you have a forced separation.
