My best friend lost out on a Magistrate judge position here in Payette county. We're pretty disappointed although he lost to a good man. But, God's will be done.

Tell your friend congrats if he made it to the interview stage... and that was excellent practice if he chooses to apply for another position in the future. Things DO tend to work out as they should...
